DRY SANITIZATION

Our large 44 quart airtight container sanitizes everything such laptops, computer keyboards, medical instruments, masks, cash register draws, tools, mail and even gowns.

• Ozone infused air will sanitized anything surrounded by air.
• Superior to UV which only sanitizes object directly under a UV light.
• The whole process takes only 30 minutes.
• 10 minute ozone infusion plus a 20 minute ozone dissipation period.

Instructions For Dry Sanitation

• Fill the container with the items to be sterilized.
• Close the 4 latches on both sides.
• Firmly Insert one end of the silicon tube into theOzone Infuser and the other end onto the stainless steel fitting on the 11 gallon container.
• Plug in the Ozone infuser and set the digital timer to 10 minutes.

• Set the hand-held digital timer to 30 minutes, which provides an additional 20 minutes for the ozone to dissipate before the container can be safely opened. Wait for the loud beeping signal.

WET POWER SPRAY

Independent spraying using 2 gallons of supercharged OZONE INFUSED WATER. Our 2 Gallon power spray can be used IN THE PRESENCE OF PEOPLE without the inconvenience of having to evacuate and isolate areas. The power spray is 100% portable and is powered by a high capacity Lithium Ion battery.

• No chemical cost – just plain water.
• 2 gallons of water are supercharged with ozone that exceeds the oxidation power of chemicals such as hydrogen peroxide. (Hydrogen peroxide’s oxide’s oxidization potential is 1.78 compared to ozone which is2.07)
• The power spray can be adjusted from a fine mist to a 10ft. power spray.

Instructions For the Ozone Power Spray

• Check the battery charge button, charge if necessary and firmly insert the battery into the power sprayer.
• Unscrew the filler cap on the 2 gallon tank and fill the tank up to the 2 gallon mark.
• Replace the filler cap and remove the blue cover on the stainless steel fitting attached to the filler cap.
• Plug one end of the silicon tube into the Ozone Generator and the other end into the filler cap fitting.
• Plug in the Ozone Generator and press the + button once to obtain a 5 minute setting.

Important

Ozone Infused Water lasts for 15 to 20 minutes. We recommend spraying for 15 minutes. The setup time for a sequential 2 gallon spray is about 7 minutes, (5 minute ozone infusion plus approximately 2 minutes to top up the 2 gallon container).

We recommend setting the spray jet to a fine mist and ensure that sufficient Ozone Infused Water is applied to prevent drying within 30 seconds. (The disinfection time is 10 to 15 seconds)
